With every new website there is a complimentary support bundle included for a limited period depending on which site package was purchased. more

Further support subscriptions can be purchased, the prices for which are below. These subscriptions are based on a set number of hours work supplied by Octimum Solutions on a monthly basis for a set fee per month for the agreed subscription period.

The more hours per month and the longer the agreement, the larger the discount on the price.

Note

Any work requested outwith a support agreement will be charged at £35/hr.
