Obviously the main string to our bow is web site design, build and deployment but we are so determined to give our customers a stress free experience that we go out of the way to help our customers with anything we can. Quite often a customer won't know how to do something or won't know where to start in looking for something on the internet. Things like 'How do I set up Outlook to use my new email address?' are very common questions and as we say, 'It's only easy if you know!'
At Octimum, we never assume someone knows how to do things we and others in the know take for granted. We tell our customers to ask for help if they are unsure about anything and we will be more than happy to help out. We would rather spend a few minutes on the phone walking a client through something than have one of our clients wasting their time trying to figure it out themselves and getting all frustrated.
To this end, we do offer several services to our clients, some of which are totally cost free and come as part of our commitment to offering a refreshing and helpful service to every single one of our customers.
